The blagdon amphibious pump range offer outstanding reliability delivered by the unique disc shaped remote magnetic drive impellor and ceramic bearings. With no delicate ceramic shaft to worry about, and a balanced and robust impellor, these pumps offer an effecient and high performance. This model can be submerged or dry run. It comes with a 1 1/4" B.S.P. male threaded outlet, and a 1 1/4" female threaded inlet. Simply use the push fit pre filter supplied when submerging this pump. This will keep the impellor free from dirt and debris. Ideal for feeding filters, driving waterfalls, and larger water features. There are also larger pre filters available for this pump range. The 8" cube with cut hole fits nicely over the existing prefilter. Also the yamitsu pre filter can be used in conjunction with this product range. Increasing the size of the pre filter on this pump range will reduce the maintenance required. They can also be used as a stand alone pump and filter, when used in conjuction with the yamitsu pre filter, on applications where minimal filteration is required.
