Pump or gravity fed 5 bay filer system for koi ponds up to 2500 gallons.
A five stage filter system designed for use on koi ponds. Made from high quality GRP fibre glass for the professional koi keeper. Consisting of 1st stage brush chamber, 2nd stage bio flow plastic media chamber, 3rd stage matting cartidge chamber, 4th stage bioflow platic media chamber, 5th stage bio flow plastic media and three layer filter foam set. In each of the filter bays the filter media is supported by a grid which leaves a v shaped settlement space for all of the worst of the detrius that will accumulate in any pond filter. This detrius can easily be purged away via the fitted discharge valves. The filter comes with four 1 1/2" discharge valves for easy cleaning. On pump fed models the inlet is 1 1/2" with an optional venturi, the outlets are two 2" as standard. On gravity fed models the inlet is 4", and the outlet is 1 1/2" as standard. Please note these filters are manufactured by Manor koi so there is always a degree of flexibility regarding the position and size of inlets, outlets, and discharges.
